5. Well cementation: compulsory injection process is adopted for the ring empty part between the gas storage well tube and the well wall. The light weight cement slurry is injected to the bottom of the well till it reaches 1 / 2 of the well depth, then insulate at the 1 / 2 depth of the well with packer. Weighted cement slurry is used to cement the section from 1 / 2 of the well depth to the ground, so that the gas storage well is fixed in the earth firmly with certain flexible space at its lower part to be adaptable for the expansion or contraction due to change of pressure and temperature. |
6. Corrosion prevention: the inside and outside of the seal head is protected by polyurethane coating. The appearance of the well tube, according to the acid, alkali, salt and other corrosiveness from geological logging during the well-drilling, can be coated with anti-rust paint or polyurethane plus protective belt to prevent corrosion. |
